    Tidewater Stalls & Specialties is a leading commercial Division 10 contractor specializing in restroom partitions, lockers, accessories, wall protection, and specialty products across schools, offices, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and commercial construction projects.
    We’re growing fast and looking for dependable, mechanically inclined people who take pride in doing quality work and representing the company professionally on job sites.

    About the Role

    This is a field-based commercial installation position working on active construction sites throughout Virginia and surrounding markets. We are hiring both experienced installers and installer apprentices willing to learn the trade.

    If you show up, work hard, communicate well, and care about doing things the right way, we can teach the rest.

    Install Division 10 Products

  1. Toilet partitions
  2. Toilet accessories
  3. Grab bars
  4. Mirrors and dispensers
  5. Lockers and storage systems
  6. Wall protection and specialty items

    7. Additional Duties

  7. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation instructions
  8. Measure, layout, and ensure accurate installation
  9. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  10. Maintain job site safety and follow OSHA guidelines
  11. Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly
  12. Troubleshoot installation issues and make field adjustments as needed
  13. Represent Tidewater professionally on every job site

    14. Requirements

  14. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  15. Commercial construction, military, carpentry, warehouse, maintenance, installation, or related experience preferred
  16. Ability to use standard construction tools
  17. Strong attention to detail — installs need to look right, not "good enough"
  18. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  19. Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work on active construction sites
  20. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision
  21. Positive attitude and team-first mentality

    22. Preferred Experience

  22. Commercial construction experience
  23. Carpentry or finish work background
  24. Division 10 installation experience
  25. Experience working on schools, offices, healthcare, or government projects
  26. Familiarity with punch lists and closeout work
