    Tidewater Stalls & Specialties is a leading commercial Division 10 contractor specializing in restroom partitions, lockers, accessories, wall protection, and specialty products across schools, offices, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and commercial construction projects.

    About the Role

    This is a field-based commercial installation position working on active construction sites throughout Virginia and surrounding markets. We are hiring both experienced installers and installer apprentices willing to learn the trade.

    If you show up, work hard, communicate well, and care about doing things the right way, we can teach the rest.

    Install Division 10 Products

  1. Toilet partitions
  2. Toilet accessories
  3. Grab bars
  4. Mirrors and dispensers
  5. Lockers and storage systems
  6. Wall protection and specialty items
  7. Additional Duties

  8. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation instructions
  9. Measure, layout, and ensure accurate installation
  10. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
  11. Maintain job site safety and follow OSHA guidelines
  12. Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly
  13. Troubleshoot installation issues and make field adjustments as needed
  14. Represent Tidewater professionally on every job site
  15. Requirements

  16. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  17. Commercial construction, military, carpentry, warehouse, maintenance, installation, or related experience preferred
  18. Ability to use standard construction tools
  19. Strong attention to detail — installs need to look right, not "good enough"
  20. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  21. Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work on active construction sites
  22. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision
  23. Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  24. Preferred Experience

  25. Commercial construction experience
  26. Carpentry or finish work background
  27. Division 10 installation experience
  28. Experience working on schools, offices, healthcare, or government projects
  29. Familiarity with punch lists and closeout work
